This offer applies to any listing published before November 30, 2025.

A proposal refers to any response from another user marked as Match or Junk within the platform (Autonomo mobile application downloaded using one of the links provided on the website autonomo.ca) before December 15, 2025.

If no proposal is received by that date, the user becomes eligible to receive either:
a) the requested item, if feasible, or
b) an equivalent item or a surprise selected by Autonomo. -
Requests for free items (for example: “free,” “giveaway,” or “donation” requests) are not eligible for this promotional offer.

The receipt of a single offer—whether accepted or declined—automatically ends the listing’s participation in the promotion.

Buyers and sellers remain free to decide whether or not to complete a transaction. Autonomo acts solely as an intermediary, connecting users without any form of compensation for this service.

Accordingly, Autonomo and/or its representatives cannot be held liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage, loss, misunderstanding, or dispute arising from a listing, a transaction, or the absence of a transaction between users.

Autonomo reserves the right to exclude any unrealistic requests, including but not limited to:

clearly inconsistent or excessively low prices,
-
illegal, illicit, dangerous, non-existent, or immoral items,
-
fraudulent, fictitious, or misleading listings.
This list is non-exhaustive, and Autonomo retains full discretion to protect its community and the proper conduct of the promotion.

Fraud & Unrealistic Requests:Autonomo reserves the right to classify any request as unrealistic and exclude it from participation (see the non-exhaustive list of examples below).

Autonomo may require identity verification (KYC) and may refuse delivery of any reward in the event of suspected or proven fraud.

Q: What is considered an “unrealistic” request?
A: A request may be considered unrealistic if it presents one or more of the following characteristics (non-exhaustive list):

a price that is manifestly absurd or inconsistent,

an illegal or prohibited item (e.g., drugs, unauthorized weapons, stolen goods),
-
a non-existent item (e.g., a fictional product or prototype not available to the public),
-
an immoral or degrading request (e.g., content exploiting an individual),
-
an evidently fraudulent request (e.g., duplicate accounts, false contact information),
-
a clearly dangerous request (e.g., objects or services that could endanger others).
Autonomo reserves the right to review and exclude requests that present any of these characteristics.
